Regional Sales Manager
Home based within assigned territory
J&J Truck Bodies and Trailers is seeking a self-motivated, Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region including MD, DE, VA & NC. This is a highly productive area and presents a solid financial opportunity for the right person. The position reports to the Director of Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position Include:
Increasing sales with existing & developing new accounts in the region.
Working closely with J&J staff to capture customer requirements, provide timely quotes and fulfill sales orders.
Working with marketing to develop and implement regional marketing plans, including attendance at regional and national trade shows.
Developing excellent working relationships with regional OEM sales personnel in assigned territory.
Gaining knowledge of the heavy vocational truck industry and becoming recognized as an expert within the industry network.
Sharing market intelligence with J&J sales, marketing and product development personnel.
Using technology and business software to fulfill job tasks and CRM tools to track, monitor, and report on distributor accounts
Attends regular training to keep abreast of new product and technology developments.
The position is home based with extensive travel throughout the assigned region. Because of this we prefer that the selected individual resides within the assigned territory.
