Order Processing Assistant



This position will interface with the sales, purchasing, engineering and operations departments during the pre-build process.


 Responsible for generating a Bill of Materials per Work Order from the Sales Quote for purchasing department. Review Work Orders for accuracy. Communicate with Sales department to ensure clear and concise verbiage regarding shop direction and material requirements for order. Generate purchasing requisitions based on Work Order Bill of Materials.  Generate shop copy of Work Order and distribute to the appropriate shop department. Gather all work order specific drawings done by Engineering and distribute with Work Order to shop.
